This policy outlines the terms for refunds on the one-time Indent Fee. By using our service and making a purchase, you agree to the terms laid out below.
One Indent Per Purchase
Please be aware that each payment of the Indent Fee entitles you to generate only one indent for a single project for one specific month. The system is designed for single-cycle processing per fee.
Refunds for Indent Fees
Refunds for the one-time Indent Fee are subject to specific conditions based on service usage, as detailed in the policy below. There are no recurring subscription cancellations.
Refund Policy
Our policy on refunds for the one-time Indent Fee is as follows:
Indent Fees: Indent fees are paid in advance for a single monthly cycle and are refundable only under specific conditions based on service usage:
Full Refund: A full refund of the Indent Fee can be issued only if you have not proceeded past the initial "Indent Calculator" stage. If you have only used the calculator for estimation and decide not to proceed, you are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%): A partial refund of 50% is applicable if you have entered and saved the Milk & Sugar stock balances but have not yet proceeded to the main "Beneficiary Data Entry" stage.
No Refund: Once you proceed to the detailed Beneficiary Data Entry stage, or if allocations have been calculated and vouchers generated, the service is considered fully rendered for that billing cycle, and no refund (full or partial) will be provided for the Indent Fee.
Account Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you understand and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any paid Indent Fee for any portion of the service.
Exceptional Circumstances: We may, at our sole discretion, consider offering a refund, discount, or credit in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not constitute a waiver of our general no-refund policy and does not obligate us to provide a refund in similar situations in the future.
No Subscription Cancellations
Our service operates on a pay-per-indent model, not a recurring subscription. Therefore, there are no subscriptions to cancel. Each payment is a one-time transaction for a single monthly indent cycle. You are free to choose whether to use the service and pay the Indent Fee for any given month.
